Our Fees

These are costs incurred on your case and payable to third parties, such as application fees, iterpreter fees, travel, Special Delivery post, ID checks, Barristers, Bank, Land Registry and Court and expert report fee etc. We will inform you of this well before the need arises. We have no control over these third parties fee and you will pay what they will charge.Nevertheless, we can assure you that we dont charge any mark up nor do we receive any commission from any third party.



As a smal firm, we are currently not registered fro VAT and therefore, we will not be charging VAT on lur Legal fees but any VAT on third parties fee will be payable.



These will depended on the nature, fact and urgency of your case but it could range from £50.00 for half an hour consultation to maximum £2000.00 for a spouse or any any other visa application. We will always agree a fixed fee with you well in advance for your matter.


Any Court related matter will be charged on an hourly rate of between £100 to £300 for Solicitors depending on the level of qualification unless we agree a fixed fee with you for the matter for example in straight forward Grant of probate matter.


In property sale, purchase, refinance and lease matters, the fee will be agreed with you in the outset but the standard fee will be arround £500 for sale, Between £700 and £2,000 for commercial lease and purchase of freehold.
